Embedding URL into your Website

Adding Amazon Associate URLs to your Website

Once you do this a few times, it becomes second nature. Almost like muscle memory of the URL world...

 1.  Start with your Product that you want to add

2. Find the ASIN (Amazon Standard Identification Number) of your product and copy it (Ctrl + c)

This next picture will show you that you found the correct combination (the correct ASIN). Simply copy the ASIN and paste it into Amazon and search it. You should have your product come up as the result for searching.

3. Head over to your Amazon Associate Page and dump the ASIN into the Quick Links Box

4. This will result in your product showing up on your Associates Account

5. Click on the pull down next to the 'Get link' box, and click on the shortened link (you don't have to use the shortened link, but it's nice and convenient/simplier)

6. On your corresponding website, you should have an area to drop the URL for the image/button, paste your URL here, and you have successfully linked your Amazon Associate code through an image!

7. Click on the image and check out the URL and you should see your reference code from the Amazon Associate account within the URL!
